A unique hand crafted mosaic bird brooch in pinks with sparkling glitter.
The glass is hand painted, the colours glitters and shines, it makes a fabulous statement piece and a wonderful gift for yourself or a loved one.
I love creating these mosaic bird brooches each one is unique with its own character. I hand paint recycled vintage glass on the underside using a technique called reverse painting and this is then used to form the mosaic.
The base has a silver plated finish. the brooch measures 6.5 x 4 cm (excluding the free hanging beads). Little coloured beads hang from the ends of the little branch adding lovely detail and movement.
This brooch will look great worn on a top, a jacket or even on a handbag. it is vegan friendly, contains recycled elements and I'm mindful of the environment throughout the whole creation process.
